Your account panel — businesses, usage, replays, billing, and the help guides.
Your Setup is the account panel. It's where you switch context, check how much of your weekly limit is left, and re-run anything you skipped the first time.
Businesses and people
If you run more than one business, this is where you switch between them. Switching changes the memory NERD reasons from — see My Brain — so an answer given while "Business A" is selected is an answer about Business A.
Usage gauge
The gauge shows how much of your weekly limit you've used, and when it resets ("Resets Today at 8:32 AM", "Resets on Thursday at…"). Full detail in Usage.
Replays and guides
A row of icons, left to right:

| Map | Getting Started — opens the onboarding map. |
The walkthrough and onboarding icons only appear while there's something left to show you.

If you're on the AI + Human Specialist tier, manage billing lives here too. The AI Advisor tier is free forever and has nothing to manage.
