Which one to run first
Run them roughly in this order the first time through:
- Outline your tasks — you can't spot the AI opportunities until the work is written down.
- Find AI use cases — turns that map into a candidate list.
- Analyze AI ROI — takes the most promising candidate and puts a number on it.
- Problem to solution — takes the one that survived and works out how to build it.
- Compare tools — picks what you'll build it with.

Finishing a run
A run counts as complete only once every phase is on the completed list. That matters beyond tidiness: a few playbooks only produce their shareable output at the end.
- Analyze AI ROI leaves behind a scored use case — but only if the run actually produced a score.
- Find AI use cases leaves behind your use case list, as long as it outlined at least one.
- Compare tools leaves behind the saved comparison.
If a run ends without producing its artifact, there's nothing to share, and NERD won't offer a link to an empty page. See Sharing.
