AI Use Cases

Your running list of AI opportunities, scored for impact and ready to share.

AI Use Cases is the list of things AI could actually do for your business — built up over time rather than brainstormed in one sitting and forgotten.

How the list gets built

Two playbooks feed it:

  • Find AI use cases sweeps the business and outlines candidates onto the list.
  • Analyze AI ROI takes one candidate and scores it — an honest breakdown of the value added.

A use case that's been outlined but never analyzed is still just an idea. The scoring step is what separates "we could use AI for that" from "this is worth doing next quarter".

Impact scoring

Analyzed use cases carry an impact level. It's there to force ranking: without a number, every AI idea sounds equally good, and you end up doing whichever one you thought of most recently.

An honest low score is a useful outcome. Ruling something out saves more time than another enthusiastic maybe.

What you do with it

  • Rank. Do the high-impact one first.
  • Share. Send a single use case or the whole list to your team or a customer — see Sharing.
  • Build. Take the winner into Problem to solution and work out how to actually make it.
  • Playbooks — the two playbooks that populate this list.
  • Sharing — public links for a use case or the full list.
